This page explains what spapaler does with your information. We've tried to write it the way we'd want to read it — short paragraphs, no fake friendliness, no fake legalese either. If anything's unclear, drop us a line at [email protected].
What we collect
Two things, basically. Your email address (so we have an account to attach to) and a username if you set one. We also keep a record of when you signed in, your last IP, and the rough country it resolves to — that's it for the boring tech side. Inside the game itself we store your Stardust balance and a log of your spins so the reels remember where you were when you closed the tab.
Why we collect it
To run the platform. Email so we can let you back into your account if you forget the password. Country so we know whether to show you in English. Spin logs because reloading the page mid-session would be a miserable experience without them. We do not build profiles, we don't sell anything, and we don't run any ad pixels on the site.
How long we keep it
Active accounts: as long as the account is open. Closed accounts: 30 days, then we wipe everything except a one-line record that the email was closed (so the self-exclusion sticks if you come back). Spin logs older than 90 days get aggregated and the per-spin detail is dropped.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address at the top — no special form, no notarised letter, just a clear request from the address attached to your account. We'll get back inside 30 days, usually sooner.
